1. OBJECT

Bijoux Bichettes offers for sale jewelry (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) on its website bijouxbichettes.com to Internet users browsing the Site.

 

The “Client” refers to an individual of legal age or at least legally capable of entering into a contract, acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, or liberal activity.

 

All orders placed on the Site are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions may be modified and updated. The applicable conditions for a product order are those in effect on the day the order is placed. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

3. PRICES

 

Prices are displayed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including Value Added Tax (VAT), but excluding delivery charges, which will be indicated at the time of order validation.

Bijoux Bichettes cannot be held responsible for an incorrect price display, regardless of the reason (technical issue, manual error, etc.). In such cases, Bijoux Bichettes will inform the Client as soon as possible, and the order will be canceled.

 

4. ORDER

 

Once the Client has selected the Products and added them to the cart, they must click on the cart to review their order details.

 

If the Client has not yet done so, they will be asked to log in or register.

 

After logging into the Site and validating their cart (quantity, product references, shipping address, and other details), an automatically generated online form will display a summary of prices, applicable taxes, and delivery charges.

 

The Client must carefully review the order details (including quantity, product references, billing address, payment method, and price) before clicking the first “Validation” button.

 

The Client can then proceed with payment using the secure payment instructions on the Site and provide all necessary information for billing and product delivery.

5. PAYMENT

 

For payments within mainland France, payment is made online via credit card.

 

Clients who have placed an order can print their invoice by logging into their account in the order history section.

 

Bijoux Bichettes reserves the right to suspend order processing and delivery in case of non-payment.

 

Bijoux Bichettes retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of all amounts due by the Client, including fees and taxes.

6. DELIVERY & SHIPPING FEES

 

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. However, delivery may take 2 to 4 days, except in cases of exceptional closure indicated on the Site, which may cause delays. The standard shipping method is Colissimo by La Poste.

 

Any errors in the shipping details provided by the Client (e.g., recipient’s address) cannot be the responsibility of Bijoux Bichettes if the merchandise is not delivered correctly.

 

In the event of an issue caused by the carrier (e.g., damaged package), the Client must report it and file a claim with La Poste within 2 days of receiving the order.

 

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage costs.

 

If the Client places multiple orders on the same day, shipping fees will be charged for each order separately. Therefore, the Client is advised to inform Bijoux Bichettes as soon as possible if they wish to combine their orders into one shipment to benefit from a single shipping fee.

 

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

From the date of receiving their order, the Client has 14 days to return an item if it is defective. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted, and Bijoux Bichettes reserves the right to refuse the return and refund.

 

All returns require prior approval from Bijoux Bichettes. The Client must contact the company via the “Contact” page on the Site before returning any item.

 

Returned items must:

• Be in their original packaging

• Not have been worn or used

• Include a letter explaining the reason for the return, the order number, and the Client’s full contact details for the refund

 

The Client must send the item(s) to the address provided by Bijoux Bichettes’ CEO, after receiving a return confirmation via email. Return shipping costs remain the Client’s responsibility.

 

8. FORCE MAJEURE

 

Neither party shall be held liable if the performance of the contract is delayed or prevented due to force majeure or unforeseen events caused by the other party, a third party, or external circumstances, such as labor disputes, government intervention, natural disasters, fires, water damage, or interruptions of telecommunications or electrical networks.

 

9. WARRANTY

 

All jewelry sold on this Site is covered by a 1-year oxidation warranty. The Client has one year from the purchase date to return an item if it shows signs of oxidation.

 

Upon receiving the returned item, a quality inspection will be carried out. No refund will be issued if the item has been damaged by the Client.

 

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the item is received, excluding shipping costs and any related taxes.

 

The Client must:

2. Send the item(s) to the address provided by Bijoux Bichettes’ CEO, after receiving return approval by email

Return shipping costs remain the Client’s responsibility.

 

10. DURATION

 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are considered accepted by the Client upon order validation and remain applicable for the entire period necessary until the expiration of the product warranties mentioned herein.

 

11. DISPUTES

 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

 

If no agreement is reached, only the Commercial Court of Limoges shall have jurisdiction.

 

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All elements of bijouxbichettes.com, both visual and audio, are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Bijoux Bichettes.

 

13. COUNTERFEITING

 

In accordance with current laws, the Client is strictly prohibited from reproducing, in whole or in part, any models or images seen on the Site. Failure to comply may result in legal action for counterfeiting.

 

14. LIABILITY

 

The seller, in the process of online sales, is only bound by a best-effort obligation. Bijoux Bichettes cannot be held liable for damages resulting from Internet use, including data loss, hacking, viruses, service interruptions, or other involuntary problems.
